PCWorld names Microsoft Kin the Biggest Failure of 2010

Remember Microsoft Kin? The phone that was supposed to revive Windows Mobile originally. The phone in which Microsoft spent billions of dollars. The phone that was brainlessly code named “Project Pink”. The phone was advertised as the next Social Networking device but Microsoft somehow forgot to put IM in. The phone that was so terrible that they had to discontinue within months of launch because they probably sold only 2 of them (one each of both the release models).

Yeah that Microsoft Kin. It has been the Biggest Failure of 2010. No surprises here. Visit PCWorld for 19 more such devices.
