How to share NSFW links without embarrassing people?

So there is this NSFW (Not Safe For Work) link that you must share with a friend but you are worried they might be in office and click it. No matter how many times your write NSFW, there is a chance they’ll just skip the text and click the link. And believe it or not some people still don’t know what NSFW means! So how will you do it? Well, there is a solution. Actually 2.

IsNSFW.com

The service allows you to enter your unsafe URL, add a warning (Offensive, Gore, Nudity or XXX), specify a custom URL alias if you want and converts the URL to a safe one.

When you open the URL it shows a warning and the user has an option to either go ahead and see the website or return from the warning page itself. We love the website for it’s big clear categorized warnings

NSFW.in

This is a similar but much simpler service. It doesn’t have any categorized warnings or custom URL aliases. Just give it a link and it’ll convert it to a short link with a warning page.

Works fine, but we prefer IsNSFW.com.

Go ahead, tell your friends about these services and save them from embarrassment.
