Animoto is an online video creation service where you can upload your images and create cool videos out of them. They have developed an app for the iPhone. The app lets you choose photos from your photo library and/or camera roll, select a track from a limited set of music tracks available with them and then creates a super cool video out of it using various image transitions.
The steps include:
- Choose between 8 to 16 photos from your iPhone
- Listen and select a soundtrack
- Rename your video (if you want to)
- Submit the video for rendering
The last steps might take a few seconds to a few minutes depending upon the size and number of images selected. Once the video is created, it is available under My Video to play, share and edit.
You can share the video with your friends and family right from the iPhone. The video is stored on Animoto’s servers and hence can be played back from anywhere in the world.
