Think before you buy that HP TouchPad for $99. Lakshmi Access Communications Systems Pvt. Ltd., a Delhi based firm has launched Magnum Pepper – a INR 4500 (~$99) Android tablet in india. This might probably be the cheapest Android tablet in the world! The specs include:
