Apparently, a couple in Hyderabad is trying to get a passport for their 4 months old baby but the officers at the Passport office in the city are not accepting their application without a bribe.
One of their friend tweeted their grief addressing it to Mr. Shashi Tharoor (Minister of External Affairs, and infamous Indian tweeter) and two NDTV senior editors. Passport division, incidentally, comes under the wings of the Ministry of External Affairs. The minister has responded saying that he will look into the issue.
