Apple updates iMac line with quad core processors [UPDATED with India prices]

Apple has updated its iMac line of desktop computers with quad core processors. The updated line boasts of Intel’s quad core i5 processors ranging from 2.5GHz to 3.1GHz clock speed. In addition to featuring the new Thunderbolt port & AMD graphics for fast data transfer and superior graphics, they also have an inbuilt FaceTime HD camera for FaceTime calls.

With this updated line of iMacs, Apple is giving an option to the buyers of either going for a magic mouse or a magic trackpad. In my personal experience, magic trackpad is much better than the magic mouse. However, individual preferences may vary.

No news when these new models will hit Indian shores. Apple India’s website still shows old models of these babies.
